Precision-fit dust seal rings for gyratory and cone crushers

Willsup manufactures polyurethane dust seal rings that fit gyratory and cone crushers from most major crusher brands. Each seal is made to OEM specifications or reverse-engineered from a worn sample, so the ring matches the exact housing and shaft geometry of your machine rather than an approximate catalog size.

When a seal fits precisely, it blocks abrasive dust before it reaches the bearing housing. That keeps lubricant clean, protects the bearing, and extends the interval between costly rebuilds in high-throughput mining and aggregate operations.

U-seals and T-seals for complete crusher protection

Beyond dust seal rings, we produce U-seals and T-seals for the same equipment. These sit deeper in the assembly to retain lubricant and add protection at specific interface points. All three types are cast in abrasion-resistant polyurethane and can be replicated from a worn part or a drawing.

Built for abrasive, high-dust environments

Crushing rock, ore, and aggregate generates fine, hard dust that wears standard rubber seals down quickly. Our polyurethane compounds resist that abrasion far better, holding their shape and sealing contact through constant, eccentric shaft motion and variable load. The result is a seal that lasts 3 to 6 times longer than a rubber equivalent in the same conditions.
