Since 1971, Willsup has been manufacturing custom polyurethane wear parts for industries that demand reliability under harsh conditions. What started as a specialist supplier for the mining industry has grown into a full-service polyurethane manufacturer serving mining, construction, forestry, material handling, and OEM clients across North America, South America, and Europe.

Our facility houses casting, mold making, and precision machining under one roof. We design and build molds in-house based on part complexity, cast and bond polyurethane to spec, and finish with precision machining when the application requires it — all without outsourcing critical steps. This gives our clients faster turnaround and tighter quality control than multi-vendor supply chains.
